Dr. Martin Luther King’s Legacy on the 50th Anniversary of his Assassination

In the struggle for civil rights, including disability rights, we have come a long way, but we still have a long way to go. On the 50th anniversary of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., we must never forget his revolutionary vision and continue to fight the three evils of society: racism, materialism and militarism. As we honor Dr. King’s legacy, there is no better time for a new Poor People’s Campaign.
