In January of 2017, the Taishoff Center in collaboration with Syracuse University Los Angeles hosted a short pre-viewing session of Intelligent Lives in Los Angeles and San Fransisco called Redefining Inclusion. At each session, Micah participated in a post film discussion with other disability advocates, including the filmmaker, Dan Habib! Excitingly, videos of these sessions are now available on YouTube!
The theme for the January 26, 2017 event in Los Angeles at the Intercontinental Century City was “Disability in the Media,” and can be viewed on YouTube here: https://youtu.be/c7J1in0dWvI
The theme for the January 25, 2017 event in San Fransisco at the Delancey Street Foundation was “Inclusive Education,” and can be viewed on YouTube here: https://youtu.be/toDPb7E8R1A
